Display your jewelry and special collections in this exquisite, one-of-a-kind handmade glass enamel jewelry dish. The colors are gold, blue, black and brown, in a floral paisley pattern.
The copper is carefully cleaned and prepared in order to accept the enamel. Then, I apply multiple layers of enamel, which is finely powdered glass, and screen-printed patterns. The layers of enamel are fused to the copper on both sides in a 1500 degree kiln. This firing process is repeated several times.
The bowl has a flat base and is counter-enameled (fired on both sides) for extra stability. Finally, the edges are sanded to expose the copper. And voila .... a vibrantly colored bowl which will make a great gift for yourself or a loved one.
Measures 5" in diameter and about 1" high, and is signed on the bottom. Dish will arrive in a box with ribbon and gift tag, ready for gifting. Not to be used for food
