I had not heard of this stone until recently, but have been captivated by its beautiful luminosity. So much dimension and depth in this stone! Partially transparent in a very deep brown black, with opaque silver stripes on the surface. I've set this rectangular stone in a sterling silver basket with a prong setting, and two wide bales. The prongs accent the stripes on the stone. Sterling silver chain and lobster clasp. Great neutral colors go with anything.
