Scimitar Earrings, Ocean Jasper Stud Earrings, 30% OFF!
I hand-cast the tops of these earrings from part of an antique scimitar charm, and then oxidized and polished them. I thought they paired beautifully with the Ocean Jasper teardrop gemstones, since they both have similar circular and teardrop shapes and patterns. I've prong-set the stones in oxidized sterling silver basket settings, with sterling posts and backs. The jasper colors are a lovely combination of pink, gray, ivory, black and red.
Earrings measure 1 5/8" long and 1/2" at widest point. They are extremely lightweight and comfortable to wear. Completely hand-made and one of a kind!
Ocean Jasper is only found on the shoreline of Madagascar, and it's also known as the Atlantis Stone. It's said to aid in communication because of its affect on the throat chakra, and to enhance positive energy.
