Sterling silver bezel-set spear-shaped azurite-malachite cabochons have beautiful green and cobalt blue colors, with streaks of bronze. They are topped with vintage brass Art Deco Egyptian Revival pharaohs and hand-formed sterling silver ear wires. All metals have been lightly oxidized and polished.
Egyptian revival jewellery (1920s, 1960s/70s) was a renewed interest in ancient Egyptian jewellery styles. Featuring hieroglyphics, scarabs, reeds and lotus flowers, Egyptian revival jewellery was spurred by the discovery of ancient Egyptian tombs, notably the tomb of Tutankhamun in 1922.
